Rocking the Inner Child (Rebozo)
Freeing and welcoming our memories of childbirth and birth
Service Description
Rebozo healing is an ancient practice originating in Mexico, traditionally used to support pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. Adapted to self-care, this technique allows us to "rock" our inner child, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of security. By supporting the feminine cycle, the Rebozo has been passed down from generation to generation, from grandmothers to new mothers, enriching the connection between women and their experiences. The treatment aims to strengthen the connection with our emotions and childhood memories, allowing us to access feelings of love, joy, and innocence. Balancing the chakras promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The synergy between the Rebozo and meditation induces a deep state of relaxation and letting go, providing a space conducive to healing and inner transformation. Here are some of the benefits of this treatment to nourish your inner child: Security and comfort: Wrapping yourself in a Rebozo creates a feeling of security, similar to that felt in the womb. This can soothe childhood memories and unresolved emotions. Deep Relaxation: This technique involves gentle rocking movements and gentle pressure, promoting deep relaxation and letting go. Reconnecting with Self: This treatment invites you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner child. This allows you to release current and/or past emotional blockages and rediscover joy and lightness of being. Taking a moment to focus on your inner child is a wonderful way to take care of yourself and nourish this precious aspect of your being, bringing gentleness and healing. This treatment is accessible to all. The feminine terms used here are for reference purposes only.
